On Friday, I met up with my old friend and had dinner at the Red Dog Saloon in Ghent. Food and drinks are so cheap down here (practically dirt cheap!)... I love it!!!

I was able to break-in my new rollerblades today! I hope to put them to good use around VA Beach this summer.

After being at home for a little over a week, I gave in already and got a haircut. I don't think I'll ever be able to grow out my hair.

After a week of sunshine, we finally got some rain on Sunday. It was such a peaceful day to sit back, relax and read.

My brother and his family and friends came down on Friday, and we spent the day at Sandbridge. It was my nephew's first time going to the beach and he absolutely loved it! It was so much fun to see him play in the sand and water. It was another perfect (and I mean PERFECT) day to be at the beach. I can really get used to this :)
