This was the night of the Pacquiao vs. Cotto fight!

I never used to care for boxing, and I am not one who typically goes around saying, "Filipino Pride!" BUT I can honestly say that Manny Pacquiao truly makes me proud to be Filipino (not that I was never proud of my heritage before). I found this article on BBC (published right before he fought Hatton) and I think it does an excellent job describing just why he's such an icon to Filipinos.

It was such a good fight! TKO!

Isn't he so cute? He only has a few teeth, but that won't stop him from eating an apple!

This was the first day of the "November Nor'easter." (My photo for this day really should've been of me doing my class-is-cancelled dance). My poor family was stuck at home for three days straight because of the storm. Roads were flooded, homes damaged, schools closed... luckily we were okay.

This is Melanie, my younger sister. She's a senior in high school (which I still can't believe), but it was a lot of fun to have her around (even if it was just for a little while) because with her, I can act like a kid... which can be really refreshing.

I came across this set of stationary at Barnes and Noble. They're decorated with cute little birdies. I want!

My sister and Jose with Ariston right before they left for Atlanta.

Although we wish it could've been for different circumstances, it was nice that my family could all be together again. My Nanay got to come back home

I was certainly spoiled the week and a half my parents were here...

My two silly sisters. (Peace, doofers!)

I know that it's been awhile since I last updated this, but it's been a crazy month! It's hard to believe that Thanksgiving is just around the corner... time truly flies.

As I mentioned before, my family was in town for about a week and a half. It was the first time we were all together in about two years! It was overwhelming ('cause everyone is so crazy), but it was a lot of fun too!

This really put a smile on my face :)
(I'll try not fall behind again, pal... but no promises)

My entire immediate family will be here these next couple of days/weeks, so that should produce some fairly good photos-a-day! I'm excited!!! :)
