This was my last day at work and the beginning to a very good weekend!
The office threw me a surprise lunch/goodbye party.
These men would always, always say goodbye to my co-workers and me at the end of the day.

I am so thrilled about what's in store for me these next couple of months, but I will certainly miss everyone (well, mostly everyone) from work! Despite our complaints and petty problems, I'm so happy that I got to spend most of my time here with you all :)

This was taken in front of a garden shop in Del Ray. I am so excited to move back to my home in Virginia Beach in a couple of weeks. I have all sorts of ideas of how I want to make it my own. This shop inspired me. (I especially love the chubby Old World Robin!)

One of my favorite things about living in DC is being surrounded by so many great museums and memorials. The following photos (I couldn't pick just one) are of the Washington Monument and the World War II Memorial. They're exquisite to see at night.
